I hold dual Masters degrees in Business and Health Administration, backed by over two decades of experience in the medical sector. With more than a decade dedicated to healthcare administration, supplemented by a background in social services and extensive customer service expertise, I bring a well-rounded skill set to every endeavor.
I'm a proud mother of three boys and a grandmother of one. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, specifically during our weekly game nights. When I'm not coaching, I have a passion to sing karaoke and empower women to overcome the obstacles in life.
My Story
As a certified life coach I help women to understand it’s ok to have the uncomfortable conversations, identify their past traumas and overcome self sabotaging issues. Which are steps to help with personal growth and self healing. With my coaching services, I will be a listening ear, support system, sounding board, leader and mentor to you. I enjoy helping others and ultimately seeing them “win”. One of my favorite scriptures and daily affirmations is “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me “(Philippians 4:13).
